Facial Wipe Wednesday: Rich’s Cosmetic Brand

Over the past couple of weeks, I have had the opportunity to test a new skincare line, so I haven’t used any facial wipes as of late. This review, today, is on a facial wipe product I used before then.

This brand, called Rich Cosmetics, is one that I picked up at the Premiere Orlando show this summer…

Green tea is known for soothing inflamed skin. It does that by helping the skin balance its pH levels.

Once I opened the pack, it had a hard time staying closed…

I ended up putting pieces of tape on the corners to keep the package sealed.

This package felt thicker than some of the other 30 day supply of wipes…

Yet, oddly enough, these wipes were smaller in size than one of the other brands that I had used. The Rich wipe is on top so you can see how much smaller it is…

And, the tissue is rather thin…

My assessment is that even though Green Tea is meant to soothe the skin, it doesn’t necessarily make it something that will clean eye makeup off. The Rich’s brand does take off foundation and blush OK. But I had to work on getting it to take off my mascara every day.

The wipes smelled fresh and were not offensive but it didn’t smell like Green Tea, which I find to be an earthy smell.

I’m in the middle of the road on recommending these wipes. If you just wish to wipe your face and not remove any eye makeup, these are quite nice. However, I’m going for the full, clean face when I purchase facial wipes. Since I paid only $2 for the package, I don’t feel I was ripped off.

Do you use facial wipes to just wipe your face and not looking to remove eye makeup?
