Milani: Eyeshadow Primer; It Works In The Nude

In a search for a damn good shadow primer, I’m paying whatever I can get my hands on. Sort of. When I found out that Milani had an eyeshadow primer, I made a point of hunting it down. I found this one at Walgreens. However, it was in a Walgreens in Orlando; not in Denver. I have learned that Walgreens doesn’t carry Milani in Denver. Yet, I have heard that there are a few that are starting to…

My verdict is that Milani’s Eyeshadow Primer is a hit. It worked with making my eyeshadow last up to 5 hours. One thing it didn’t do was intensify the shadow’s color. After discovering that the formula was on the thin side, I wasn’t surprised. This primer is a keeper and Milani doesn’t disappoint. That’s why they are one of my top drugstore brands.

What primer is the holy grail for you?

  • I’m blown away by Milani’s product line, and this primer is no exception. Wish my local stores carried the full line, but love the fact I can buy this online. Thanks for the head’s up! πŸ™‚

    • They are not readily available to me either. I will order online but, they are worth it.

  • Love Milani! I actually quite enjoyed the Wet n Wild Fergie primer but tend to reach for my Urban Decay in Eden most since it color corrects!

    • I got the Fergie primer and it didn’t hold up for me. I was quite bummed about it. I have UD only it’s the original one.

I love the Milani products! They always seem to produce hits πŸ˜‰

  • I had a very similar experience. If it’s applied thin, then I love the results. If I get too much my shadow is gone within 2 hours.

    • I am an all or nothing person. This doesn’t apply well with most makeup issues. πŸ˜‰

It lasts longer on me but I don’t have oily eyelids. I’ll get some fading towards the end of the day but thatt’s it. It’s a great buy.

    • I don’t have an oily face so I don’t think it’s fair to have oily eyelids. LOL
